set); scrolling is accomplished by moving the mouse cursor when

Specifies, whether thumbnails for previous and next
(in alphabetical order) image files in the same directories where
basic compared images are located should be displayed. The thumbnails
will be shown even if the appropriate images are not included into
the gallery. Remark: the time of loading of the images is
increased when the mode of displaying neighbors
is turned on; it is recommended to use the given mode if only it
is really necessary for you or if your computer is powerful. |

When the option is set, positions of the images in
the corresponding groups of duplicates/unlike images will be displayed
as icons above them. The position icons will be shown if only the
corresponding group combines more than two images. |
| "walk through first pairs" |

Turns on navigation through only the first pairs of the groups
of duplicates or unlike images. By default (the option is turned off)
the window is switched not to the following group of duplicates (unlike images),
but to the following pair in the current group, and only in the absence of such
pair the window is switched to the first pair of the following group. |
| "walk through marked images" |

Navigation will be carried out only through the groups containing
the images marked for removal. It allows after finishing the procedure of automatic
choice of improper duplicates according to user's settings to check up quickly
the result and to remove marks from the images which should not be deleted.
In this mode the first pair of the first row and the last pair of last row will be
considered as the initial and the final pairs correspondingly, without dependence
on whether they have marks for removal or not. |

Renames/moves the file with the image located above
the given button. You can select a new file name and path in the
special dialog for renaming/moving image files. At the same time
it is possible to set quickly names and directories of the current
image files displayed now in the window for comparison of two images,
at that the given settings will be stored for the following sessions.
It is also possible to add easily an index to the file name (if
a file with such name is already exists and you do not want to replace
it). Thumbnails for source (renamed) and target (if exists) files
are optionally displayed in the dialog for renaming/moving image
files. Besides, if these files are binary equal, sign of equality
will be displayed between the thumbnails. |

Deletes the image located above the given button both
from the current gallery and from the data medium. If the window
displays images from the list of unlike ones then the image is only
excluded from the list of unlike pictures (is renewed in the list
of duplicates). The next pair of similar (or unlike) images will
be shown in the window after the deletion. |

C - left
B - right
|
Marks the image located above the given button (the
button is marked by the red tick). Recurring clicking on this button
removes the mark. See item 5 of the section
"The main window" to learn more about possible operations
with marked images (the most frequently used operation is deletion
of the group of marked images). |

Runs the dialog for setting the additional parameters. They are:
- show position in the large group,
- show neighbors,
- show series indicator.
When the latter is set, search of the image series will be accomplished and
the icon "series indicator" will be displayed below the images
if the series corresponding to them are found. |

The element displaying quality of compared images.
There are three parameters of quality:
1. Area of the image,
2. Size of its file,
3. Relation of the file size to the image area.
The vertical blue bar is located between the buttons for removal
of images. If compared parameters are equal, the sign '=' will be
drawn on the bar on the place appropriate to the parameter. If some
image has better value of a parameter, the sign '+' will be drawn
near the bar on the side appropriate to the image. At that, distance
between the sign and the bar ... If the image files are binary equal,
the big red sign '=' is displayed instead of this element. The numerical
value of a level of difference for compared images is located under
the given element. |
over a pair of neighbouring thumbnails or by double clicking the left
mouse button on the blue bar to the left of a group of similar images
or on the red bar to the left of a group of unlike images (in the two
latter case either two images marked in the group or the first pair
of images in the appropriate group (provided that less or more than
two images have been marked) will be shown). The window displays the
appropriate images as well as the names, the sizes, the modification
dates of their files, and their resolutions. The number of the current
group of duplicates (or unlike images) and the general number of the
groups (in brackets) are displayed in the title of the window. Double
clicking the left mouse button over an image area results in starting
a program for detailed viewing the image (double clicking is also works
for thumbnails of neighbors in the registered version). In the unregistered
version of the program the window shows the shareware nag message.
